We are a community-driven organization that provides psychoeducational programs for Muslim families in a safe, culturally-rooted therapeutic space.

Our Story

As mental health professionals and mothers, we have observed that Muslim caregivers face a disproportionate caregiving burden while juggling the demands of society. Moreover, Muslim parents experience considerable stress and frequently face stigmatization within the BIPOC groups. Our community engagement has also highlighted a notable demand for high-quality psychosocial programs. As a community-driven organization, our mission is to create mental health resources that are inclusive and accessible to caregivers in need.

We develop evidence-based curriculums and programs to address mental health challenges while integrating culturally relevant psychological support. Our psychoeducational programs are specifically designed for Muslim parents to reduce stress and isolation, improve well-being and resilience, create safe spaces for healing, foster community connection, and promote healthy relationships. Join our Circle of Care Parenting Program to learn mindful parenting strategies, enhance awareness, practice safe parenting, and navigate caregiving challenges with increased resilience.

Literary Lounge

Our book club focuses on the healing power of reading while exploring literature that inspires, heals, and empowers us to craft lives of meaning and purpose.

Mindful Mondays

Join us on the first Monday of each month to embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation and foster a sense of balance amid life's demands.
