Join us for a four-week mindfulness program, conducted entirely in Urdu, designed to support Muslim senior women in the Halton community. Through gentle meditation, breathing exercises, mindful walking and eating, body awareness practices, and gratitude exercises, participants will learn techniques to improve emotional well-being and enhance their overall quality of life.
