Mindful Living

Join us for our FREE four-week mindfulness program, conducted entirely in Urdu, designed to support Elderly Muslim Women in the Halton community. Through gentle meditation, mindful prayer, breathing exercises, mindful walking and eating, body awareness practices, and gratitude exercises, participants will learn techniques to improve emotional well-being and enhance their overall quality of life.

Date: Every Saturday, June 6th to June 27th, 2026
